State Heritage listing, our office arranged a number of phases of
refurbishment:

Replacement
of roofs with Slate and lead flashings

Removal
of lead based paints and recoating with modified colour scheme

Remodeling
of interior offices of the more recent administrative building.

Provision
of a Conservation Management Plan
MACKSVILLE
COURTHOUSE
With
state heritage listing, our office provided a design and development
application documents for renovation and an addition to the rear of
same. (This project has been abandoned due to local council
implied requirements on car parking)
MAITLAND
COURTHOUSE
With
Heritage listing, our office provided full architectural service for the
renovation of the interior administrative facilities.
CESSNOCK
COURTHOUSE
Similarly
to Maitland; with Heritage listing, our office provided full
architectural service for the renovation of the interior administrative
facilities.
WOY
WOY COURTHOUSE
In
contrast with the above, this very recent building was also provided,
through our office, with renovation of the Administrative facilities.
