CoAssociates Pty Ltd includes four divisions:
CoAssociates Architects design excellence through a creative and innovative approach to projects, whilst maintaining a focus on both the functional and aesthetic characteristics of the total environment and closely monitoring budgets.
Our aim is to deliver total client satisfaction by providing specialist attention to each project. Fundamental to this commitment is the embracement of the most technically developed methods to provide advanced results for each client. We use such technology with the design and management of space in an efficient and effective manner. Our commitment is to provide our client with such effectiveness within an enjoyable environment.
CoAssociates Interiors provide specialised services for detailed interiors projects or in association with main construction projects. In addition to the use of computer facilities colour boards, samples, specifications and specific contracts can be arranged. Experience with interiors range from sensitive heritage projects, carefully detailing facilities for the disabled, specialised areas such as laboratories and a variety of residential work.
CoAssociates Personnel (see personnel services) provide professional and para-professional people with developed skills in associated activities for Architecture, CAD and draughting for engineering disciplines. Incorporated in this role is the capacity for training in the various CAD systems
CoAssociates Developments takes in whole development projects from viability assessment, through to turn-key completion. In some instances, CoAssociates will arrange property purchase and all process, including major lease holding. |
