HEALTH REGIONAL OFFICES

Staged projects for the eventual remodeling of the whole premises. This work included:

  • Retaining the Offices in continuous occupation

  • Providing specialised facilities for a particular disabled staff member

  • Complete redesign of the main Entry Foyer

  • Complete redesign of the Regional Manager's Offices

  • Total interior design development, including negotiations with staff and presentation of colour schemes with sample boards and then detailed overseeing of the fit out.

 

WARATAH CAMPUS

Coassociates has provided:

  • Advice on the site services rationale

  • Architectural services for the installation of the Health Department Training Facilities

  • Architectural services for the installation of the Risk Management and O.H & S Offices for the Health Region

  • Architectural services for the installation of the Regional Salaries Section Offices. This latter project included highly sensitive work on Historic Buildings, establishing lead based paint protocols, coordinating no-break electrical installation and microwave electronic communications.
